Job Description
- Maintaining payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
- Creating and maintaining employees’ payroll records.
- Calculating wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance and personal data.
- Ensuring wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
- Reporting on payroll expenses, also uploading payment slips to all employees.
- Scheduling bank payments and uploading payment statements.
- Serving as a point of contact for employees with payroll or benefits questions.
- Answering employee questions in normal practices and addressing employee concerns with the company.
Qualifications
- Any gender, 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR with payroll and benefits administration.
- Basic knowledge of the laws, policies, and procedures governing health and life insurance administration.
- Good command of English communication.
- Skilled in using Excel (Pivot, Vlookup).
- Working Day & Hour: Mon - Fri 08.30-17.30 (WFH 2 Day/Week).
Company Benefits
- OPD at Baht 1,200 / visit (30 visits per policy, pro-rata for employee joins during the year)
- IPD at Baht 1,800 per day

- Annual Leave (Vacation) 15 working days once completed the probation period (pro-rate)
