Job Description
- Developing and maintaining excellent standards of the overall visual aspects of our branding.
- Being able to create and design key visual / art direction with a good concept for advertising campaigns.
- Having a strong conceptual idea and solid knowledge of the digital landscape.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts for visual communications, ensuring alignment with the project goals and objectives.
- Reviewing and approving design work, ensuring it maintains a consistent brand identity, reflecting our fun and feminine style.
- Collaborating with production teams to ensure the successful execution of creative projects, including print production, photography, and other visual elements.
- Maintaining high creative standards for all visual output, conducting thorough reviews and revisions as necessary.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts or related fields
- Having experience of at least 3-5 years in Advertising/Creative Agency.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Branding and Creative Strategy expertise.
- Have good computer skills in relevant art and design software packages ( Macintosh, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
