The company is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of HR&GA Manager to join the team. This position will be based in Vietnam.
Job Description
- Partnering with Corporate HR to align HR policies and implementation strategies with our company's overall goals.
- Developing and implementing HR & GA initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Preparing and submitting comprehensive HR & GA reports regularly (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Proactively managing and overseeing all HR & GA functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Developing and implementing HR & GA policies that comply with legal requirements and best practices.
- Maintaining strong relationships with government and statutory bodies to ensure adherence to all employment-related laws and regulations of Vietnam.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR & GA role, preferably from the manufacturing industry.
- Understand Thai/Vietnam labour laws, employment regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A good command of spoken and written English is a must. Being able to speak Vietnamese is a plus.
- Able to relocate to Vietnam.
