Responsibilities:

Settlement:

  • Assisting the Financial Controller in preparing all supporting documents for the settlement processes.
  • Coordinating with other departments (e.g., Project, Production, Marketing) to prepare all financial aspects for the assigned show.
  • Checking all show expenses, tracking them, and ensuring they align with the budget.
  • Checking and tracking the show's sponsorship and ticket sales.
  • Preparing a bridging report between the offer and the actual figures.
  • Managing the show's petty cash.
  • Preparing other reports as required for the tour.

Accounting Support:

  • Preparing the accrual report for the assigned show.
  • Working with the Financial Accountant on the assigned show's transactions to ensure all records are correctly maintained according to the chart of accounts.
  • Preparing required reports (e.g., weekly ticketing report, show result report).
  • Assisting the Financial Controller in gathering information for preparing the budget, quarterly forecast, and artist's offer budget.
  • Assisting the Financial Controller in preparing SOX reports as required.
  • Preparing artist tax forms and supporting documents for the assigned show.

Other:

  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
