- Driving account performance through the retail operation.
- Monitoring and tracking performance on a weekly & monthly basis.
- Analyzing account strategies and proposing solutions.
- Analyzing market data and competitor activities and summarizing the report to BU for improvement.
- Supporting market sensing report in S/O as per plan with accuracy.
- Ensuring the team is performing and what kind of targets they need to reach.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to team for improvement.
- Analyzing manpower under the account that is responsible to meet expenses and income of the company’s target.
- Regularly meeting with the clients to understand needs and opportunities to improve performance.
- Not over 38 years old.
- 5-10 years of experience in Electronic products or related fields.
- Analytic skills.
- Good English communication.
- Good attitude.
