Our client is a leading hospitality business. They are currently seeking a talented and dynamic person from the restaurant industry to support their growth in the position of F&B Director.
- Setting guidelines and managing all restaurants in the cluster and establishing targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures.
- Planning and budgeting annual year and monitoring/following an annual budget plan, also planning manpower, equipment, supply.
- Being responsible for overall aspects of the business under the cluster also managing and controlling all operational in the several restaurants.
- Planning and budget annual year and monitoring/following the annual budget plan.
- Controlling costs of all food and beverage outlets by assisting management, as requested, in purchasing and in maintaining effective profit and loss controls.
- Complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring process efficiency in operational and developing new processes or implementing improvements in existing processes.
- Ensuring all the restaurant operations, kitchen operations, menu, and recipes are meeting the quality and standard of the brand.
- Providing two-way communication and nurturing an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
- Coordinating with other concerned departments to smooth all works in each event.
- Not over 46 years old.
- Experience in restaurant management as an area manager or related position.
- Able to work 6 days/week and base at Pattaya.
- Having an entrepreneur mindset.
