Job Description

Our client is an international English language testing institute.



  • Being responsible for the purchase of goods, materials – CAPEX, Stationery, office supplies, etc.
  • Handling comparative supplier bidding.
  • Booking air tickets and other related changes.
  • Reviewing and submitting Invigilator and Examiner travel claim.
  • Requesting and completing PO on the system.
  • Reviewing and correcting invoices from the supplier before submitting them to the AP officer.
  • Communicating and solving any issue on purchasing process between supplier and relevant department.
  • Monitoring and advising any issue which presents risk or opportunity to the company.
  • Negotiating contracts, improving prices and terms of business with suppliers and reviewing opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods.
  • Ensuring that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships

Admin task

  • Maintaining inventories like office supplies, stationery, etc.
  • Filing accounting documents.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned.


  • Degree in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in purchasing.
  • Experience working with procurement systems or platforms.
  • Experience with administrative tasks (booking flights and hotels) will be advantageous.
  • Able to communicate well in English (mainly reading and writing).
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Able to work with tight deadlines.
