Job Description

Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of cleaning and sanitation products in Thailand and overseas.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing all digital marketing plans including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Overseeing the development of e-marketing content and exploration of sales channels.
  • Collaborating with team members & providing guidance to the design and implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance the overall online presence of the company’s website.
  • Analyzing online statistics while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and report insights to leadership.
  • Designing, building, and maintaining our social media presence.
  • Contributing to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spending and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Utilizing the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Identifying critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizing user funnels.
  • Completing the digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Maintaining the digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintaining the digital marketing staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Developing digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Male/Female, age 25 - 35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
