Job Description:

  • Building the relationship with the target hospital/KOL and gathering the information regarding the listing scheme of each hospital.
  • Recruiting the excellent MR's with the information and connection on target hospitals.
  • Designing new Sales Organizations which lead to successful sales of product pipelines.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive listing strategies and plans of pharmaceutical products.
  • Committing to Salesforce to ensure sale achievement and excellence in the implementation of promotional activities.
  • Having a strategic mindset to establish commercial business with flexibility in a dynamic world Develop short-term/long-term sales goals including channel strategies, and monitor sales and take good actions increase to achieve sales targets.
  • Leading the team to implement commercial activities that follow the ethic compliance and provide effective and excellent business results.
  • Coaching the sales teams to develop necessary skills to upgrade the capability of sale team.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication to enhance business outcomes.


  • Bachelor or higher Degree in Pharmacy or any related fields, Master degree or above is a plus.
  • At least 10-year working experience in Sales at the management level in Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Experience in Sales in the OBGYN field.
  • Digital marketing experience is a plus.
