Job Description

Our client is a large, well-known leading retailer/wholesaler in Thailand. They are now looking for an enthusiastic individual and highly qualified candidate to join their team in the position of Application Support (Hyper Care).

Responsibilities

  • Learning and understanding new applications.
  • Supporting the project launch for UAT testing and Post Go-Live Support.
  • Supporting project launch for data cleaning, data mapping and data migration.
  • Supporting daily job and solving the error case from a misunderstanding by end-user.
  • Managing the log and coordinating with vendors to correct system malfunctions after the project launch.
  • Consulting and giving guidance to users of the system after the project launch.
  • Having the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Managing the regular reporting and communication with key stakeholders.
  • Supporting the current manual setting to initial the data into the system during the implementation period.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other IT-Related fields.
  • New Graduated will be welcome. 
  • Knowledge in SQL is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in working with people and collaboration.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Efficiency in communicating complex information to staff at different levels.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Able of written and spoken English.
  • Skill in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in training and developing of staff are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on their own (Self-Management).
