Job Description

Our client is a Chinese multinational technology company headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It designs, develops, and sells telecommunications equipment and consumer electronics.

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing customer voice from different channels, identifying consumer feedback issues, finding out the original cause of the problem and developing the improvement report, driving internal improvement.
  • Developing solutions and driving improvement, organizing related departments within the company, developing improvement solutions based on identified consumer issues, driving the final improvement of issues, and improving the consumer service experience.
  • Having the ability to interact and maintain good relationships with customers, providing solutions to customers’ issues/complaints on services/products.
  • Reporting the analysis and ability to use various Office tools and output analysis reports.
  • Travelling short-term business trips may be required when required for field support.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • At least 2 years of electronics product related service experience.
  • Experience in user complaints handling is preferred.
  • Result-oriented and customer-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English. 
  • Skilled at using Windows Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Communication skills in Chinese, Mandarin writing and speaking skills are preferred (not mandatory).
