Job Description

PRTR IT Recruitment Specialist is supporting our client who provides total medical equipment and informatics solution. They operated products/ services for over 20 years, having 10 branches across Thailand.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly reporting to Executive Director (Singaporean).
  • Evaluating trends relating to new technology and recommend upgrades to the infrastructure platform.
  • Recommending information technology strategies, policies and procedures according to the policy of the company.
  • Planning, installing and maintaining the technical infrastructure (hardware, software, network and security) to support critical business needs.
  • Maintaining the best practice and ensuring that the team follows all associated processes and procedures.
  • Managing the IT projects and ensuring that the project meets agreed-upon timelines, budgets, scope and quality requirements.
  • Monitoring service levels agreements and KPIs, and leading the team to improve and create processes and procedures.
  • Conducting regular reviews and ensure the team solves technical issues properly and in a timely manner.
  • Creating and administering disaster plans that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female, aged 35 -45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Information & Technology Management, MIS, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IE or other related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience as IT Manager, ICT Manager, Software Development Environment, Project Management.
  • Have experience managing team at least 10 people (Manage Infrastructure team and Software team).
  • Strong competency in the software development environment, ERP, CRM and other software management solutions.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making and good communication skills.
  • Good command of English and MS. Office.
  • Experienced in working with and reporting to foreigners would be an advantage.
