Job Description

Our client is Japan's leading maker of EEG, patient monitors, AED, and medical electronic equipment. Now, They are looking for Business Development - Diagnostic and IVD focus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Developing the business plan and strategy for IVD product line markets that ensures achievement of company regional sales goals and profit targets in Thailand.
  • Identifying, developing, and securing new clients and business by targeting the correct sales leads, obtaining market intelligence, and maintaining good relationships with potential customers and distributors.
  • Planning and providing IVD product training to distributors and customers.
  • Coordinating with the sales support team to ensure that goods and equipment can be delivered on time and according to schedules.
  • Providing timely, accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence on all completed prospect applications.
  • Proposing the pricing to maintain maximum profit margins.
  • Maintaining accurate records of the region's prices, sales, and activity reports.
  • Creating and conducting proposal presentations to dealers, customers, internal staff.
  • Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Maintaining contact with all customers in the Thailand region to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Having the strong ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
  • Having the awareness of regional variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales.
  • Managing personal sales efforts to achieve global sales and profit goals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
  • At least 3 years working experience as a senior sale/sales manager in Clinical Diagnostics or IVD business.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Good communication skills, native oral and written fluency in Thai and English is a must.
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
  • Must have a natural ability to engage in business relationships with individuals and groups and a desire to improve these talents.
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
