Job Description
Our client is a manufacturing company for cosmetics with headquarters in Japan and trading cosmetic sell to distributors in Thailand.
Responsibilities:
- Handling and up sale cosmetic products.
- Training the BA team about sales and customer service.
- Managing 4-5 counters brand (1 counter per 1 mall).
- Visiting counter (80%) and meeting at the office (20%).
- Managing the BA team of 8-10 people (1 counter has BA 2 people).
- Reporting and updating the Brand Manager.
Qualifications:
- Female only, Aged 28 years or above.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Experience for at least 3 years in sales for cosmetics, skincare, clothing.
- Has customer service and sales skills.
- Has a pleasing personality.
- Ability to work 6 days per week.
- Ability to visit counters.
- Ability to communicate in English, Chinese or Japanese (is a plus).
