Job Description

Our client is an international insurance company. They are now looking for a candidate who has the potential to handle the role of Marketing Assistant within their organization.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the Agency Club Management activities on a monthly basis; MDRT and High Net Worth, from creating marketing materials to promote club event, training and initiatives, to engaging agency sales team.
• Monitoring the number of MDRT qualifiers and High Net Worth Club members after training on a monthly/quarterly basis to ensure we are on track in terms of KPIs.
• Supporting the Team members in managing club database and membership benefits distribution; for instance, welcome letter, special pin, etc.
• Managing administrative works.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
• Work experience in Sales & Marketing, Communications, and Financial Industry is preferred.
• English & computer proficiency.
