Our client is a leading food delivery company, which aims to open branches in all the 77 provinces of Thailand.
- Leading, managing, and developing the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your district.
- Hiring, training, developing and coaching new and existing sales representatives.
- Developing and implementing approved business plans to contribute to overall project success.
- Achieving organizational objectives through effective leadership of the Sales team.
- Effectively identifying/monitoring multiple local market conditions and building strong customer relationships.
- Monitoring all field activities to make certain all are within compliance guidelines.
- Maintain and improve operational key performance indicators.
- Monitoring monthly and quarterly KPI and P&L.
- Providing feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 3-5 yrs. in sales and operations role.
- At least another 1 yr. as a Leader or Project Management.
- Knowledge/experience in emerging technology in food delivery/logistics and supply chain, including but not limit to open-platform, dynamic pricing, cloud serving in logistics is a plus.
- Strong coaching & performance mgmt. experience in leading successful sales teams.
- Travelling is required.
