Job Description

Our client is a leading food delivery company, which aims to open branches in all the 77 provinces of Thailand. 

Responsibilities

  • Leading, managing, and developing the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your district.
  • Hiring, training, developing and coaching new and existing sales representatives.
  • Developing and implementing approved business plans to contribute to overall project success.
  • Achieving organizational objectives through effective leadership of the Sales team.
  • Effectively identifying/monitoring multiple local market conditions and building strong customer relationships.
  • Monitoring all field activities to make certain all are within compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain and improve operational key performance indicators.
  • Monitoring monthly and quarterly KPI and P&L.
  • Providing feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 3-5 yrs. in sales and operations role.
  • At least another 1 yr. as a Leader or Project Management.
  • Knowledge/experience in emerging technology in food delivery/logistics and supply chain, including but not limit to open-platform, dynamic pricing, cloud serving in logistics is a plus.
  • Strong coaching & performance mgmt. experience in leading successful sales teams.
  • Travelling is required.
