Our client is a global technology leader that creates and delivers technology solutions for businesses and consumers from inkjet printers and digital printing systems.
- Working with Sales Team to engage new customers with suitability and sampling.
- Working with the Service Team to identify root causes of technical issues.
- Providing intensive support and training to customers.
- Supporting regional support team in both sales closure and customer issues.
- Maintaining a good relationship/communication with 3rd party vendor increases customer satisfaction.
- Supporting SI and end-users to resolve technical and application issues.
- Conducting workshops & seminars for new products/technologies.
- Thai Nationality, aged not over 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
- At least 3 years' experience in Pre-Sales or Technical support in the printing business is a must.
- Strong in communication skills and presentation skill, good personality
- Good command of English.
- Able to travel domestic and international as required.
