- Providing exceptional customer experience.
- Assisting customers’ technical requests and taking care of any technical issues.
- Being responsible for route and billing setup/account and route adjustments.
- Setting up of new services (PaaS, SaaS).
- Conducting a complete solution design documents, including process flows.
- Serving as a pre-sales resource by supporting the primary sales representative in the discovery process, evaluating business needs to identify the appropriate value position to win the opportunity.
- Dispatching issues to Core Network Team and Enterprise Support.
- Helping with the launch of campaigns for assigned customers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Software Industry or IT industry in multinational companies or start-ups.
- Successful career track record with proven results in achieving technical goals or overcoming technical issues/challenges.
- Bachelor’s or Masters’ Degree in an IT field.
- Experience in Technical Presale Concultant role or similar.
- Good understanding and experience with API and Mobile networks.
- Advanced Excel skills.
