PM process, Platform & Measurement Tool:
- Designing & selecting performance management guideline and tool that suits the company's Mission, Values and Vision and enable a high-performance culture.
- Driving the company performance management processes & measurement tool and facilitating PM online platform.
- Building a high-performance culture by timely providing quality PM training and effective PM tools.
People Planning Process & Succession Plan:
- Leading people planning process and partner with L&D manager to provide the right development for talents as per company succession plan.
- Driving career discussion activities and providing learning for the employee to understand the career development concept & talent management concept.
- Launching organization healthy survey (OHS), to get the insight and turn insight into action by effectively communicating the result and facilitating company action planning process
- Supporting HR business partner in retrieving the OHS result and reporting the interpretation for a quality action plan by function.
- Building roadmap to the employer of choice by involving related parties to deliver high impact employee engagement calendar & activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Communication or related field of study.
- At least 5 years of working experience.
- Intermediate to advance in MS Excel and PowerPoint with Presentation skills.
- Strong in communication, fluent in English especially in written form.
