  • Managing all online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting.
  • Developing affiliate marketing programs.
  • Creating and maintaining an online business plan; such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Email marketing.
  • Updating website for new mobile or computer systems to appeal to current and future customers.  
  • Providing analytic reports of online sales.
  • Developing and implementing E-commerce strategies in order to improve website performance.
  • Working with the marketing team or managing digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
  • Researching the market in order to discover new trends and technologies to improve website performance.
  • Analyzing various data in order to deliver data-driven strategies, deliver top performance, and achieve KPIs.
  • Coordinating with all online and E-Commerce Suppliers.
  • Being a centre for Facebook fan page admin and monitoring all E-Commerce promotion questions and comments from customers.
  • Gathering all email marketing result and analyzing performance on a monthly basis.
  • Supporting back-end E-Commerce system in basic functions.
  • Constructing, developing monthly plan and monitoring to drive online traffic to all E-commerce channel including with Brand Site.
  • Utilizing all related marketing and online media techniques to drive sales.
  • Being responsible for planning and budgetary control for all E-Commerce channels.
  • Being responsible for forecasting of saleable products to all E-commerce channels.
  • Aligning and making sure all contents and words are spelt correctly on the website.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum experience of 3-5 years in the role (managerial level is preferred).
  • Strong experience and expertise in E-commerce.
  • Experience in managing marketing and tech teams.
  • Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels; such as PPC, SEO, SMO.
  • Knowledge of attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong negotiation and good  interpersonal skills
  • Creative, imaginative and energetic.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly responsible.
  • Good command of English/Thai both spoken and written.
  • Ability to communicate in Korean language is an advantage.
