Job Description


  • Managing Production, Production Planning, Engineering, Warehousing and Delivery, Human Resources and the Environment/QMR/Safety Division, Accounting Division, and IT to be consistent with the vision and mission of the company and company direction.
  • Being responsible for government relations and related activities.
  • Providing leadership and direction in terms of CSR.
  • Checking and controlling working plans and providing related counseling.
  • Developing and training staff and employees.
  • Reporting on the progress of solutions to the Assistant Director and Managing Director on a continuous basis.
  • Coordinating strategic management to meet the goals of the company.
  • Setting guidelines associated with troubleshooting and recommending to the division.
  • Scheduling various monthly meetings.
  • Controlling and presenting the budget plan to the Assistant Managing Director and Managing Director.
  • Performing various other tasks as assigned by the Assistant Managing Director and Managing Director.


  • Thai nationality, male only, aged 43–48 years old.
  • Education: Master degree in MBA, Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience at management level, general management in a manufacturing plant.
  • Have experience in manufacturing of more than 15 years.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Able to lead a team as well as work independently.
  • Able to manage internal and external stake holders.
  • A strong problem solver with the ability to look at “outside of the box” ideas.
  • Good working knowledge of office information systems and computer skills.
  • Staff management experience, including negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to work 6 days per week.
