Job Description

PRTR Recruitment would like to hire a “Continuous Improvement Project Manager” for our recently purchased Cloud Based CRM HR/Recruitment Software. We have purchased a very good product and would like to improve the productivity and efficiency for our 300+ users. The CRM has been designed specifically for data-driven recruitment companies covering direct hire, contract and executive search, with built in front and back office capabilities. This is a fantastic (non-technical) role for a person with a passion for technology and its benefits for business improvement. Internally, you will support and develop user knowledge. Externally, you will work with our supplier which will include travel to Vietnam for a short training course.


Job Responsibilities: 

  • To learn and understand our CRM.
  • To conduct full CRM training (medium and advanced level).
  • Coordinating with users and the CRM Support team to develop solutions.
  • Suggesting work flow improvements and improving business processes.
  • Developing user knowledge/skills, and a stronger “CRM Culture”.
  • Training staff on new features for both web and mobile applications (released quarterly).
  • Developing relationships with the supplier, and attending training in Vietnam.
  • Motivating users to take more from the system.


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (this is not a programming job).
  • Background in communications in an internal/external facing role.
  • Background in an implementation role or internal software development role for HR or Recruitment Applications or CRM is preferable.
  • Has knowledge of recruitment processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience of leading meetings and confident in communicating with CEO/MD level staff.
  • Ability to conduct meetings in English and work with an English speaking supplier (UK and Australian nationals).
  • Self-confident.
  • A problem solving mentality.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Passionate about technology that supports business productivity and user knowledge.
