Job Description:
- Providing a memorable luxury customer service experience.
- Resolving and escalating customer issues or complaints with empathy, while adhering to customer service policies such as those related to alterations, damage and repairs, and global return policies.
- Driving and maximizing sales performance to consistently achieve individual sales targets while ensuring a luxury customer experience.
- Working with the store team to execute action plans to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and KPI targets as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Actively communicating customer, product, and other store information to the broader store team to ensure customer and business needs are met.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the store environment and product displays.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field.
- Experience in a Sales Advisor role for a luxury brand is an advantage.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- Presentable appearance.
- Able to work 6 days per week.
