Job Description:
- Coordinating and supervising the daily operations of the Body & Paint department.
- Developing standards, workflows, and procedures, and ensuring that all work is completed according to quality standards and within the specified timeframe.
- Monitoring and managing departmental budgets, including expenses and revenue.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Implementing and maintaining safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Training and developing departmental staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Body & Paint operations and techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
