Responsibilities:

  • Defining and leading the strategy for medical education events and KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) engagement.
  • Collecting and analyzing insights to co-create tailored solutions in collaboration with hospital management teams, KOLs, and key customers.
  • Taking full accountability for achieving sales targets while maintaining effective cost control.
  • Identifying opportunities within key accounts and driving promotional activities or product/solution presentations to achieve sales growth.
  • Developing comprehensive sales plans and executing territory and key account strategies aligned with the marketing plan, demonstrating strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Building credibility with customers and other stakeholders at different levels by demonstrating business acumen, professional expertise, confidence, and effective communication.
  • Building long-term, value-based relationships by continuously uncovering customers’ changing needs, improving customer experience, anticipating new opportunities for their business, and adding value through creative solutions/products.
  • Actively leveraging the expertise, resources, and strengths of different internal functions/external parties (e.g., suppliers, partners, customers) to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science, Medical Technology, Biological Science, or Biochemistry.
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical device sales.
  • Proficiency in using computer programs, including the full suite of MS Office 365.
  • Proficiency in the Thai language and a good command of spoken and written English.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Design thinking and initiative.
  • Broad knowledge of multi-channel approaches.
