Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets and enhance customer outreach within the assigned territory.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales representatives across designated areas.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities and initiate corrective measures.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Analyze sales data, including in-and-out metrics, to uncover new business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials specifically for the distributor and OMT channels.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and trade execution standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager or in a similar position within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
  • Strong growth mindset and results-oriented approach.
