Currently, they are looking for a Logistic Coordinator who will be able to service overseas clients, the details as below.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to overseas clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments (e.g., warehousing, transportation, and dispatch) to expedite and resolve customer requests.
- Ensuring orders from the sales team and managing all orders in charge of delivery orders on time, as customers require.
- Coordinating and negotiating with overseas manufacturers, logistic team also customers to prepare forecasts until managing inventory as deputy in charge.
- Supporting FTA documents, and packing list issues example Form D, Form E, and BOI, by rechecking documents before shipping out from manufacturing and confirming draft Import Entry before delivery of the order in the Free zone.
- Generating sales, leading and supporting the sales team with customer information when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Responsible for handling warranty claims and clearing them.
- Knowledge of Ex Works (EXW) shipping terms.
- Understanding of Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping terms.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Good English communication skills.
