Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize store operations across our fashion retail locations in Thailand. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and maintaining a high standard of service across all stores. The Operations Manager will work closely with store managers and cross-functional teams to support sales goals, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive store productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Developing, implementing, and monitoring standardized operating procedures across all stores to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with brand policies.
- Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory control, stock levels, and logistics to ensure timely replenishment, minimize shrinkage, and optimize stock rotation.
- Sales Support: Collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements that can boost store performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Budget & Cost Management: Managing the operational budget, including staffing, inventory, and logistics costs, to meet financial targets and maximize profitability.
- Team Leadership: Supporting and train store managers on operational best practices, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyzing operational KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive store productivity and efficiency.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all stores comply with local health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
- Technology & Systems: Managing POS and other store systems, ensuring smooth operation and handling any technical issues or system updates as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably within the fashion, sport fashion retail sector.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with retail management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Languages: Fluent in Thai; proficiency in English is preferred.
