As the CFO, you will be a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, responsible for managing financial operations worldwide. Your role will involve driving financial excellence, strategic planning, and ensuring robust financial governance across all international subsidiaries. You will serve as a financial expert, providing advice and collaborating with business leaders across various entities.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a unified global financial strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and business goals, adapting to global market changes.
  • Leading and mentoring financial teams across multiple international locations, fostering a collaborative and innovative global finance community.
  • Overseeing the global budgeting and financial planning process, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and implementing cost-control measures to enhance profitability.
  • Preparing and presenting consolidated financial reports to the CEO, board, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing comprehensive global risk management strategies, continuously monitoring and mitigating financial risks associated with international operations.
  • Optimizing global cash flow, liquidity, and currency risk management strategies.
  • Overseeing global capital allocation strategies, considering diverse international markets and opportunities.
  • Ensuring global compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Collaborating with international partners, external auditors, agents, suppliers, legal advisors, and financial institutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (master’s degree and CPA preferred).
  • Experience as a CFO in a global organization or multinational corporation.
  • Strong understanding of international financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Proven experience in leading global finance and accounting teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and complex global business environment.
