Job Description

PRTR is now looking for SAP Governance or SAP Support on Purchasing.

You will be working with a Global team from a reputable Industrial company. If you have solid experience in SAP Support/ SAP GRC on Purchasing Governance. This is your chance.

Responsibilities

  • Taking over responsibility within the Global Purchasing Governance organization mainly for SAP S/4HANA Deployment.
  • Being responsible as a regional process specialist (RPS) to support SAP S/4HANA deployment in different project phases.
  • Supporting Deployment findings (localization topics) and supporting the implementation of the necessary changes for the new SAP S/4HANA template and ensuring Change Management during deployment.
  • Coordination of the purchasing team members within respective Plant Implementation Team(s) regarding data management processes, tools and communication, training management processes, testing management processes, tools, test case creation, etc.
  • Conducting integration test activities.
  • Training of Local Teams: train local project teams on the new ERP system.
  • Being in charge of regional testing management processes to support local/site(s) testing strategy based on regional team(s) testing plans, test scope and test completion reports according to the specific project milestone plant.
  • Managing optimization requests from the plants in alignment with the global Template team.
  • Monitoring and support of Business requirements for all sites within the region and providing required support to all plants within the respective region (e.g. support for local key users, purchasing specific projects and requests).
  • Acting as 2nd level support for Japan local users in purchasing.

Qualifications

  • Very good SAP expertise in the area of purchasing and related areas; ideally expertise with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Involved in SAP (ERP) implementations, preferably in template rollouts.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the purchasing process is required.
  • Team player by influencing peers and other colleagues.
  • Fluent English and Japanese N2(Optional).
  • Readiness to travel.
