Job Description

Our client is a leading company in the aesthetic products industry, renowned for their innovative and high-quality solutions. 

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring stock levels in Hospitals & Clinics within the focus segment.
  • Developing and proposing promotional activities that align with stock levels.
  • Ensuring timely replenishment and availability of products to meet demand.
  • Handling Visibility and Merchandising.
  • Overseeing the placement and maintenance of POP (Point of Purchase), POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and display setups to enhance product visibility.
  • Conducting regular store visits to ensure optimal visibility of products.
  • Coordinating with outsourced teams to manage and optimize in-store visibility.
  • Developing strategies to ensure that clinics consistently promote products through monthly promotions.
  • Working closely with clinic management to integrate product endorsements into both policy and operational levels.
  • Providing training and support to clinic staff to enhance their understanding and advocacy of our products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product visibility and promotional activities.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor stock levels and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM and inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
