Responsibilities
- Monitoring stock levels in Hospitals & Clinics within the focus segment.
- Developing and proposing promotional activities that align with stock levels.
- Ensuring timely replenishment and availability of products to meet demand.
- Handling Visibility and Merchandising.
- Overseeing the placement and maintenance of POP (Point of Purchase), POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and display setups to enhance product visibility.
- Conducting regular store visits to ensure optimal visibility of products.
- Coordinating with outsourced teams to manage and optimize in-store visibility.
- Developing strategies to ensure that clinics consistently promote products through monthly promotions.
- Working closely with clinic management to integrate product endorsements into both policy and operational levels.
- Providing training and support to clinic staff to enhance their understanding and advocacy of our products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing product visibility and promotional activities.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor stock levels and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
