Key Responsibilities

  • Core Responsibilities
    • Leading transformation initiatives as a project manager, engaging with the right stakeholders at the right time to secure sponsorship and ownership of the plan.
    • Translating insights into actionable business recommendations and coordinating their execution through cross-functional collaboration.
    • Exhibiting strong project management skills.
    • Identifying risks and opportunities to refine strategy using both internal and external information.
  • Financial Performance Analysis and Improvement
    • Performing detailed financial analyses to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Developing and implementing strategies to boost profitability, optimize resource allocation, and manage financial risks.
    • Working with internal corporate finance teams to align with business goals and objectives.
  • Enterprise Value Assessment and Enhancement
    • Assessing the financial drivers of enterprise value, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and profit improvement.
    • Creating and executing strategies to maximize shareholder value and achieve long-term business goals.
    • Providing insights and recommendations to support relevant stakeholders.
  • Financial Modeling and Analytics
    • Developing and using advanced financial models to forecast financial performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess risks.
    • Applying data analytics techniques to derive meaningful insights from financial data and guide strategic decision-making.
    • Effectively communicating financial results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Change Management and Communication
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams based on directives from top management.
    • Developing and implementing frameworks from data insights to execution plans.
    • Continuously bringing in valuable external insights to benefit the business.

Qualifications

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Over 4-5 years of experience in project management business/consulting or related fields is preferable.
  • Direct experience in market research is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
