The company is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Marketing Manager to join the team.

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing promotional campaigns for in-store and online to increase customer engagement and sales.
  • Planning and executing festive and seasonal menu promotions to attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborating with the R&D team to create and launch new menu items.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and customer preferences to inform new product ideas.
  • Designing and managing CRM programs to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Developing membership programs and initiatives to drive customer engagement and repeat visits.
  • Working with graphic design agencies to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Ensuring all marketing collateral aligns with our brand identity and messaging.
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across social media platforms.
  • Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve marketing goals.
  • Being responsible for the company’s social media platform and responding to customer’s recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage retail/chain restaurant or café industry.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM programs and customer loyalty strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
