Job Description
- Developing and implementing promotional campaigns for in-store and online to increase customer engagement and sales.
- Planning and executing festive and seasonal menu promotions to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborating with the R&D team to create and launch new menu items.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and customer preferences to inform new product ideas.
- Designing and managing CRM programs to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Developing membership programs and initiatives to drive customer engagement and repeat visits.
- Working with graphic design agencies to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Ensuring all marketing collateral aligns with our brand identity and messaging.
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across social media platforms.
- Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve marketing goals.
- Being responsible for the company’s social media platform and responding to customer’s recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage retail/chain restaurant or café industry.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Strong understanding of CRM programs and customer loyalty strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
