- Maintaining dealer network and relationships.
- Developing & increasing sales volume with existing dealers.
- Acquiring new dealers.
- Focusing on the domestic market with a plan to take on the export market when possible.
- Working with the Marketing Manager to drive sales & marketing campaigns.
- Actively engaging customers and setting an example for the sales team.
- Sales Manager/ Sales Team Leader experience.
- Preferable from automotive spare parts industries but open to consider other industries.
- Good commercial sense and experience (acquiring new business, managing sales volume, managing customer relationships, training, etc.).
- Team management experience, good leadership skills, effective communication, and building team relationships.
- Good convincing skills.
- Hands-on, still proactive in interacting with customers.
- Passion for car maintenance/ car accessories with technical knowledge is highly desirable.
