PRTR is now working with Security & Innovation Global to find potential candidates to play the role of Application Support (Global).
This position expects you to support Global Clients. In addition, you should have good English and work with a global team.
- Being responsible for troubleshooting any application (Tier 1, 2, and 3).
- Being able to the find root cause of application problems, especially critical and recurrent ones.
- Developing and implementing solution monitoring to help detect issues and troubleshoot problems faster.
- Continuously implementing any automation that improves the operation and reliability of the operation.
- Being responsible for training and coaching application support engineers in local operations and new customer projects.
- Documenting any work instructions, and procedures required for performing technical work that can be shared.
- English is good for writing and communication.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to program with one or more high-level languages, at least in Python.
- A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks.
- Experience in other related technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
