Our client is currently seeking a talented Head of Product & Project Delivery to join our global insurance client.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the development of our company's capabilities across Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Vietnam by driving transformative IT products and projects.
- Ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery, meeting our business needs and objectives.
- Managing a team of experienced IT professionals, including project managers, technical leads, and business analysts.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders and executive leadership to effectively manage expectations, scope, and project delivery.
- Communicating project status, identifying and addressing risks, and collaborating with peers and stakeholders for successful outcomes.
- Working with cross-functional business partners to develop a comprehensive capability-build strategy and roadmap.
- Providing leadership and guidance in incident and problem-solving to enhance resolution throughput and system stability.
- Promoting the adoption of Agile and Design-Thinking Methodology in project delivery alongside standard SDLC processes.
Job Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or possess equivalent experience. Additional certifications in Project Management, Application Delivery, and/or Insurance business would be advantageous.
- Possess a strong understanding of technology concepts and the insurance business.
- Have experience working in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse languages, geographies, and cultures. Fluency in English is essential.
- Familiarity with IT best practices for applications is essential.
- Understanding the Insurance business and applications would be valuable.
- People, stakeholder, and vendor management skills are essential.
- Demonstrate a collaborative and adaptable working style, taking initiative and effectively managing time and resources.
- Strong consultative skills, including the ability to understand and apply customer requirements.
- Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term decision-making.
- Extensive understanding of working in an agile environment.
