Job Description

Seeking a Country Manufacturing Excellent Manager role and responsible for developing improvement plans, providing training and skill development for Plant Leadership and Project managers. Working with engineering service providers, contractors, equipment vendors, and strategic sourcing to design and build right.

Responsibilities

• Leading capital planning and executing projects as needed.
• Driving improved Project Delivery Process and Project Management Processes.
• Executing the RE Deliverables for Build Projects.
• Assisting with the development of technical specifications and best practices. deploy, execute, and govern processes.
• Creating the best practices identification and management; alignment with enterprise/corporate ME organization; recognition programs; inspiring people to higher performance and providing coaching/mentoring to develop talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering background.
• Experience in the production environment, more than 5 years working in big & multi-national companies.
• Visible leadership in continuous improvement at plants/production processes, black belt champion is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of project management and hands-on capital project deployment.
• Proficient English communication (is a must).
• Good learning agility with a growth mindset.
