Job Description
- Assuring the client of the highest quality for their products from the development stage up to the conclusion of production and client feedback.
- Creating a quality approach that enables the business to achieve the level of quality that the consumer expects - through organization/communication/referential.
- Being in charge of adhering strictly to the customer's quality standards, respecting the delivery of the finished product, and upholding the development delivery commitments made to the client.
- Serving as the customer's initial point of efficient communication.
- Providing customers weekly with papers such as purchase confirmation, production plans, and delivery trackers.
- Presenting and promoting the company's image to clients and business associates.
- Making sure customer interactions are proactive.
- Working with a cross-departmental team to carry out initiatives
Responsibilities
- Age not over 40 years.
- Has work experience in jewelry or related industries.
- Strong in project management and customer support.
- Fluent in English.
- Being able to communicate in French is an advantage.
- Able to work in Nothern, Thailand.
