Our client is an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing support to initiate and create the My Anti-Corruption Policy and Procedures (MAPP) program, follow up the close event, and get aligned with SOPs.
- Facilitating the creation of the GCMA system (Branded / unbranded advertisements, speaker slides, posters, Invitations, stickers, etc.).
- Working closely with Country Brand Lead (CBL), Country Portfolio Manager (CPM) Country Brand Manager (CBM), and Regulatory Affairs team to facilitate document preparation for the Thai FDA. submission, as well as follow up on the approval of promotional materials and cheque process to the Thai FDA.
- Preparing cheque requests in Accounting Administration as assigned.
- Maintaining and updating internal databases/files as required.
- Performing other duties as assigned by Country Brand Lead (CBL), Country Portfolio Manager (CPM), and Country Brand Manager (CBM).
- Developing self by acquiring knowledge and technical expertise to enhance effectiveness in the role and assist Marketing in supporting team operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field; at least one year of office administrative support experience is preferred.
- Previous work experience as an administrative officer, secretary, or similar role which demonstrates exceptional ability to carry out administrative and secretarial functions is required.
- Flexibility, ability to multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with close attention to detail.
