Job Description
- Maintaining and monitoring all aspects of projects: plans, schedules, scopes of work, and budgets and expenditures.
- Serving as a point of communication between the team, company, and 3rd-party vendors and coordinating internal and external resources.
- Analyzing project progress and, when necessary, consulting with the supervisor to adapt the scope of the timeline to achieve optimal results.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is well-organized.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in project coordination. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, with excellent time management to meet strict deadlines.
- Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure.
- A can-do attitude, ability to adapt to situations and team player.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Microsoft Office skills.
- Able to travel up-country and can work on weekends if required.
