- Managing end-to-end recruitment for specific business units.
- Processing, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Managing the service and relationship with approved Professional Recruitment Agencies aiming for a supply of suitable candidates and cost-effective rates.
- Creating marketing activities/initiatives to attract the best talent and thrive in the IT competitive market.
- Being a trusted partner with Hiring Managers.
- Managing recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking System, Linkedln, Job Portal and SuccessFactors Ensure recruitment records/reports are well-maintained, up-to-date, and available when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Master's Degree in Human Resource, Business or Related.
- 7+ years of solid recruitment experience in the IT industry.
- Experience in people/team management.
- Complete understanding of HR practices.
- High on integrity and ensuring confidentiality.
- Process driven, agile mindset, proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated.
- Good communication. interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Goal and detail-oriented.
- Fluency in English and Thai.
