PRTR is working with one of the listed companies in the non-life insurance field. To support their growth, they are now looking for a potential candidate to join the company as a Litigation Manager.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing new challenges and opportunities for litigation to achieve strategic change in line with the company's strategy.
• Managing all civil and criminal cases and other cases.
• Providing the pieces of evidence to government agencies and attending court trials as a company lawyer or witness.
• Providing legal advice on insurance regulations and concession-related matters.
• Updating new law policy/laws/regulations that significantly impact the company's business and daily operation.
• Preparing and drafting the litigation documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in legal functions focusing on litigation practice with 5 years at the management level.
• Experience in a non-life insurance company is a must.
• Hold a Thai Attorney License.
• Strong management and analytical skills.
