Job Description
- Overseeing workforce planning, utilization, and related staffing and manpower reports.
- Maintaining the recruitment process and ensuring employee profiles are effectively put into systems.
- Performing recruitment tracking records, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Recruitment knowledge end-to-end process.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, Negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
