PRTR is working with one of the leading retailers in Thailand. They are looking for a Store General Manager with solid experience in the retail operation field.

Responsibilities:

• Initiating strategies and ideas to advance the company’s values and vision of the future.
• Managing a store within the standard operating platform to achieve maximum profitability.
• Setting up all standards to support store operation to be able to deliver routine standards.
• Coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure that it is smooth as planned.
• Preparing various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management’s review as needed.
• Supervising and coaching the team.
• Performing other related functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in the retail operation.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and management skills.
