Recruitment Professional Trainer

  • We are looking for an innovative trainer to design recruitment training programs for our recruiters. The trainer is responsible for ensuring that new and current employees receive proper onboarding training to prepare them for their recruiter roles.
  • As a trainer, you must be observant and have excellent analytical skills. A good trainer can use alternative teaching methods to cater to various individuals.

Trainer Responsibilities:

  • Creating a training framework by enabling skill assessment modular, designed training content, learning materials, and course outline programs to deliver fast-track courses for all new joiners and current recruiters.
  • Being able to research new teaching methods as well as review sourcing methods, understand screening patterns, and assess written and verbal techniques used by recruiters to gauge the relevancy of recruitment skills.
  • Conducting random audits on daily basis to evaluate day-to-day tasks/activities performed by the recruiters and highlight a potential grey area to managers.
  • Being driven during brainstorming sessions with the recruiters & managers by creating focused groups to recommend new ideas & promote standardization.
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote performance development plans & learning strategies through workshops & individual training sessions.
  • Building learning and high-performing culture.
  • Evaluating the employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
  • Conducting surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.

Trainer Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • At least 7 years of HR recruitment or talent acquisition experience in any corporate or recruitment agency.
  • Good knowledge / extensive usage of various job boards: Posting adverts, Using Boolean, and Understanding job board credits.
  • Well-versed with LinkedIn recruitment: Using the proper search, creating projects, effectively utilizing connections/mails (varies on the type of licenses).
  • Solid experience in the usage of graphic design platforms to create social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents, and other visual content such as Canva, MS Powerpoint, or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Good command of computer literacy and English communication.
  • Knows best recruitment methodologies.
  • Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
