Responsibilities:
- Becoming and remaining knowledgeable about the client's products and policies.
- Providing well-balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for the platform's community.
- Reviewing the content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
- Identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in workflows and suggesting solutions or recommendations.
- Recognizing trends and patterns, and escalating issues that may affect the delivery of work on time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Welcome both new graduates and experienced.
- Good command of Korean skills.
- Good command of English skills.
- Able to handle violent content with stress management.
- Able to work in shifts including working hours at night.
