Our client is a manufacturer of components for various industries.
Job Descriptions:
- Being responsible for the leave/attendance record.
- Handling the deduction tracking.
- Being responsible for OT/ Shift/ other related calculation/ summarize and report submitting.
- Preparing reports for HR Management.
- Being responsible for the SSO and related government unit report submission.
- Handling the document arrangement, data recording for HR/ Finance audit.
- Ensuring medical insurance claims.
Subcontract
- Coordinating subcontract payroll check and invoice to Finance.
- Coordinating subcontract Headcount requests.
Admin and Other support
- Ensuring the invoice and reimbursement process.
- Supporting Training orientation, Training record and as per assigned.
- Supporting Canteen coordination in case a key person is not in the office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or in related field.
- HR experience 2-5 years.
- Meticulous, fast learner with open mind to learn and energetic.
