Our client is a tire and inner tube production company.
Job Description:
- Supporting the distribution operation and coordinating with agency and internal department to support business initiatives (Ex. Dealers/ agency payment process).
- Supporting the document process of dealer contracts.
- Managing the inventory of items (PoSM, Free goods, etc.).
- Supporting the purchase request document, keying in system, and following up invoice or purchase order.
- Managing data source to support business dashboards and reports.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience as Sales Coordinator, Sales Admin or related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly in Excel (VLookup, Pivot).
- Good communication in Thai and English.
- Strong service mind and proactive.
- Good problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Multitasking with well-organized.
