Job Description

Our client is a leading global provider of ICT infrastructure and smart devices.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receiving staff catering needs, assisting in formulating meal supply plans, and ensuring the implementation of the plan.
  • According to the contract submission assessment application, supervise the outsourcing suppliers to various delivery standards and requirements.
  • Establishing incentive rules and evaluations, supporting the outsourcing suppliers to do a good job in the daily management, implementing incentive distribution and publicity, and help establish a stable team.
  • In accordance with overseas catering management regulations, publishing weekly menus, supervising the restaurant production and services, checking the restaurant health and safety, handling employee complaints, organizing the restaurant activities, carrying out satisfaction surveys, support OEC operations, and ensure orderly dining for employees.
  • Participating in the sourcing and selection of food suppliers, supervising the performance of food procurement contracts, being responsible for the performance appraisal of food suppliers, ensuring the stable supply of ingredients, and regularly analyzing and reporting on the purchase price of ingredients.
  • Handling any emergency of Canteen on site according to the contingency plan.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields, ideally in hotel management, big canteen management or a similarly management of food and beverage.
  • Above 5 years of experience in restaurant and canteen management field, have supplier management or project management capabilities, and be able to use all available resources to drive continuous improvement of the operation level, including cost optimization, experience improvement, and risk control.
  • Creative and business planning, have strong customer insight requirement management, provide customers with comprehensive administrative solutions, and improve employee satisfaction, data analysis, and supplier management capabilities.
  • Strong leadership, people and communication skills.
  • Professional certification in relevant field will be a plus.
  • Open personality, active thinking, good learning, interpersonal communication and comprehensive processing capability, good service sense and aesthetic quality.
  • English and Chinese can be used as a working language.
