Our client is an IT Solution company and is Cisco's partner. They specialize in Cisco Contact Center solution, Network, IT Solution, etc.
- Being responsible for the overall project management and the quality of technical service.
- Implementing customer with technical knowledge, consultant skill and good service mind.
- Being responsible for all product Call Center, Contact Center and Treasury Phone of CISCO/ IPC / Opentext (Brand)/Voice Recorder/Software or Application Related and achieve the product certificate as needed.
- Thai only. 30- 45 years old.
- 5+ years of work experiences in Project Manager, Project Management of IT products/ solutions.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in IT/Computer Sciences Engineer, Computer Engineer or Related.
- Have knowledge in Cisco IP Telephony/Fax Manager/Voice Recorder will be an advantage.
- PMP / ITIL Certified is an advantage. (Optional).
- Good personality, Good responsibility, Self-Confident and service mind.
- Ability to work on any critical situation and time pressure.
- Command of English.
